We currently provide delivery services to Peninsular Malaysia only.
All orders will be delivered through our appointed courier service provider.
Shipping fees for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia are calculated based on the parcel weight:
First 3 kg: RM10
Each additional 1 kg: RM3
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel and may vary depending on the applicable delivery arrangements.

Customers are required to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are complete and accurate.
Once payment has been successfully made and the order has been processed for shipment, the delivery address cannot be changed.
For deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 working days after the order has been arranged for shipment.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier service, delivery location, weather conditions, operational circumstances, peak periods, and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery times may also differ between states and areas within Peninsular Malaysia.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Malaysian Public Holidays.
Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Any delay caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not be considered a failure to fulfil the order.
